Sinopanel® follows a green, low-carbon development approach, integrating environmental control throughout R&D design, intelligent manufacturing, and business operations while fully implementing clean production standards.
The entire production line uses phosphorus-free and chromium-free environmentally friendly pretreatment chemicals, and finished products contain no heavy metal pollutants. Through automated production line upgrades and process optimization, wastewater, exhaust gas, and solid waste are strictly controlled, enabling large-scale efficient production with low energy and water consumption.
Product development follows lifecycle-based eco-design principles, applying environmental control from raw material selection and production processing to final application, recycling, and disposal. Supported by intelligent production equipment and upgraded manufacturing processes, the group improves first-pass yield while enabling closed-loop recycling of defective panels and processing auxiliaries, effectively reducing pollutants and carbon emissions and fully meeting national green product evaluation standards.
Sinopanel® A2 non-combustible metal composite panels, aluminum honeycomb panels, and aluminum-plastic composite panels have all passed product carbon footprint accounting and Type III EPD environmental product declaration verification by CTC, and have obtained China's three-star green building material product certification, the highest domestic environmental level for building material products. These complete qualifications support material selection reviews for domestic green buildings, prefabricated curtain walls, overseas LEED low-carbon commercial complexes, and international engineering projects.
The group has built a closed-loop environmental operation and maintenance management system to ensure stable operation of exhaust gas and wastewater treatment facilities. Regular environmental education is carried out for employees, encouraging everyone to practice clean production and green office principles.
Years of green manufacturing practice not only support long-term sustainable operations, but also set an industry benchmark for low-carbon transformation in metal new materials, contributing to China's dual-carbon strategy.
